This is D28mm round shape PP cover fit for kinds of bottle injection mould, the mould do in 12cavity and hot runner, core&cavity steel choose German2083 stainless steel. The mould demould system is pump off which cycle time around 20s. Due to mould size it can be running on 160-200T injection machine and produce automatically drop, if want to use robot arm pick up the cover also is ok.

This is standard round cover can fit for different kinds of material bottle neck, such as PE, PP, PET and suitable for different yield package like cosmectics, food, industral, medicine and so on.
