Description:
The fluid bed dryer is a granulating drying equipment widely used
in the world at present. It is an equipment that integrates
mixing, granulating, and drying in the same airtight container
(i.e., one-step granulator). It is suitable for mixing powdered
materials, granulating and drying with drying equipment. It is
widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry and
other fields. All parts in contact with the material of the boiling
granulating dryer are made of stainless steel, sealed with
silicone rubber inflatable sealing ring, and the particle size can
be controlled by a two-flow spray gun.
Working Principle
1.Material goes evenly into the bed through feeding conveyor and
feeder,under the action of the vibration force,the material moves
up forward continuously along the horizontal direction,while
undergoes heat exchange with the hot air coming up from bottom.
2.The moisture of material is evaporated rapidly,and the wet air is
discharged from the exhaust fan,and the material is fully dried and
discharged from the discharge port.
Applications
Industrial vibration fluidized bed dryer applicable to chemical,
pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, food, minerals and
other industries powder, granular materials, dry, cooling and other
operations. Such as:tea,ajinomoto, monosodium glutamate,radish
silk, soybean meal,lees, seeds,food slag,compound fertilizer etc.
