Granulator Machine
Material suspends and forms fluidized state under the action of the undefiled hot air flow (negative pressure), its surface is in full contact with the heated air, and the material is evenly heated and reaches ideal state for hot swapping thus to have a high efficiency.
Product Application
1)Use screw to extrude and vibrate granule and granulate granule
using the methods of humidity, high speed and mixing;
2)Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in the
fields such as pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feedstuff, chemical
industries etc.
3)The raw material is large in granule and small in block and
having adhesive property.
4)Suitable for raw materials, its volume will be changed when dry,
such as giantarum, polyacrylamide, etc.
Configured with proper spraying system and through further structural improvement, fluid bed becomes multi-purpose technological equipment in combined functions of drying, granulating, solution coating, and power dressing.
This model is equipped with one or more among top spray, bottom spray and side spray systems integrately, which are mostly used in the applications of granulating, drying, pelletizing and coating granules in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical industries.
FLP granulator/pelletor/coater is a multi-function equipment
integrated spray drying-granulating- centrifugal spray
coating-fluid coating- drying in one body. The machine is
compatible various process operations. Particularly it is suitable
for granulating,pelleting and coating in medicine, food and
chemical industries
Features:
1) The structure of fluidization bed is of round so as to avoid
dead corner.
2) Inside the hopper there is a stir in order to avoid lomeration
of raw material and forming canal of flow.
3) The granule is discharged through the method of turning over.It
is very convenient and full. The discharged system can be designed
as request too.
4) It is operated at the conditions of negative pressure and seal.
The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation and
convenient for cleaning. It is an ideal equipment that is in
conformity with the requirements of GMP.
5) The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform.In
general the drying time is 20~30 minutes.
