effect double effect evaporator
According to customer requirements, we have developed the double-effect energy saving concentrator with single-effect ointment collection. During normal concentration, the valves connecting the spraying tube with circulating tube in the first-effect heating chamber and evaporating chamber will be closed. The materials will enter into the first -effect evaporation chamber and through the jacket heating in the first-effect evaporation chamber, normal pressure type or pressure relief type concentration will be carried out in the first-effect evaporation chamber so as to obtain ointments of relatively high concentration ratio (1.35~1.45).
Main Features
1. The first-effect and second-effect evaporation ratio is 1.1/1,
the steam consumption and evaporation ratio is 0.55/1, so that
secondary steam is fully utilized, saving both steam and cooling
water circulation volume.
2. The equipment adopts external heating natural circulation mode
and vacuum negative pressure evaporation mode, with instant
evaporation and great concentration ratio up to 1.1~1.3. The liquid
materials are concentrated without foam under the completely sealed
status. The liquid medicines concentrated from the equipment have
no pollution and have strong medicine flavor. The cleaning is
convenient (Just open the upper cover of the heater).
3. Energy saving benefit. Taking JIN1000 model for calculation,
approximately 3500 tons of steam, 90000 tons of cooling water and
80000 electrical degrees can be saved in a year, and thus the costs
of nearly RMB 100000~150000 are reduced (compared with single
effect of the same specification).
