Product Description
This machine adopts one pair of rotating grinding blade to grind
form damp material into column-shape granule by stainless steel
sieve cylinder which is provided for pelletize in next process. The
machine can obtain different size granule by changing the stainless
steel sieve
XL series rotary granulator is applied in the industry of
pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff. It grinds wet powder into
granules and crushes powder block to grind.
When the pressure knife rotates, the powder material is pressurized
and sent to the granulation knife. When the granulation knife
rotates, the material is extruded out of the mesh by centrifugal
force and curve thrust force to complete the granulation task. The
output of 300-a two-sided discharging machine is 4 times higher
than that of the swing granulator. The output per hour can reach
200-500kg, and the yield can reach more than 95%. It has the
advantages of stable operation, low noise, safety and reliability,
basically eliminating accidents, easy operation, convenient
maintenance and long service life. In order to improve the output
and quality of products, save energy, reduce costs and create
higher economic benefits, you are welcome to use xkj-300 new
generation rotary granulator as soon as possible.
Application: for making cattle, geese, pig, duck, chicken, sheep,
rabbit, and other animals, livestock and poultry feed. You can make
2-8 mm diameter animal feed pellets. Such as 2-4mm diameter chick
feed pellets and pig feed pellets.2-5mm rabbit feed pellet, 4-8mm
cattle or sheep feed pellets.Note:The last pellet length can be adjusted.
