XK-560 Two Roll Rubber Mixing Mill With Automatic Stock Blender
Applications
The rubber mixing mill machine is widely used in the milling
process of rubbers and rubber products. The rubber mixing mill
machine is mainly used for mixing raw rubber, rubber, thermoplastic
or ethylene-vinyl acetate with chemicals, heating, pressing,
breaking, plasticizing and mixing. The final material can be
transported to rubber calender, batch off cooler, rubber extruder,
rubber vulcanizing press or other processing machines for the
heating, pressing, breaking, plasticizing and mixing of rubber or
plastic products.
The Main Features of This Rubber Mixing Mill:
1.Machine frame, gland and base are all welded through steel
plates, after annealing, completely processed by precise machine
tools. The whole machine frame, gland and base are all of strong
rigidity, won’t deform in future heavy duty working process and the
surface is smooth and anti-wear.
2.Rollers: the rolls’ surface is made of chilled cast iron, hard
and anti-wear with the hardness of 68 ~ 72HSD. The rollers’
structure is hollow style.
3.The rubber mixing mill is equipped with a hardened gear reducer.
Gears are all treated by carburizing and quenching techniques. The
gear surface is carefully grinded as well. Such processes increase
machining accuracy, wear-resistance and reduce noise.
4. The friction gears of the rubber mixing mil sit between the
roller and reducer to avoid cooling water and condensate water from
entering into lubricating oil trough.
5.Machine Safety Protection Device: In order to protect the safety
of main parts of the mixing mill, we configure this rubber mixing
mill with safety pad protecting device. When the mill works
overload, the safety pad will break to avoid producing damage to
main parts of the machine.
6.Brake Equipment: this rubber mixing mill adopts magnetic plug
brake. Once the magnetic plug works, the rollers won’t rotate 1/5
circumference of roller.
7.Emergency Brake Equipment: in front and rear of the machine are
equipped with 4 emergency stopping buttons and also in the mill
base is equipped a Kick-style stop switch paying great attention to
a full range of user security.
8.Rollers’ cooling method: Rollers’ internal is with spray cooling,
the external connected to rotary joint.
9.Electrical Connection: Our electric control device is mainly
composed of electric motor, brake solenoid, limit switches and
electrical controlling. This device is installed on the mill base
(including electric controlling system) along with the mill packed
and transported together. Before the machine leaving the factory,
the wire from the motor to electric control cabinet is connected.
The customer only needs to connect the control cabinet wire to the
power supply before using the machine.
