Application
The Rubber extruder machine is widely used in rubber machinery for extruding tread, inner tube, rubber tube and various rubber strips. The equipment works efficiently. When the rubber extruder is working, the rubber is stirred, mixed and plasticized with the help of the screw extruder, then mixed and plasticized. Then it moves to the direction of the machine head, and then the product is extruded from the die head.

DETAILS OF RUBBER EXTRUDING MACHINE
The equipment is mainly composed of a hard-tooth surface vertical
reducer, feeding section barrel, plasticizing section barrel,
exhaust section barrel, extrusion section barrel, screw,(feeding
section,plasticizing section,exhaust section,Extrusion section
bushing,temperature control system,main motor DC speed control
system,vacuum device, special head and other parts.
1.SCREW
The material is made of 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitrided steel,after
quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the
surface hardness of the screw groove is HRC60-65,and the depth of
the hard laver is 0.5-0.7mm. The screw groove form adopts the
compound structure of four-end screw edge,double-end groove,and
variable pitch in the feeding section. In the plasticizing
section,it adopts the compound structure of main and auxiliary
threads,different main and auxiliary thread leads,and different
screw diameters., Exhaust section and extrusion section adopt
double-headequal-depth segmented variable pitch structure.This type
of screw groove combination has the characteristics of strong
feeding ability, good plasticization and exhaust effect, and stable
extrusion pressure.
2.BARREL
Bushinq: Installed in each section of the barrel, it is divided
into feeding section bushing: plasticizing section bushing;exhaust
section bushing; extrusion section bushing. The materials are all
made of 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitrided steel, after quenching and
tempering and inner hole surface nitriding treatment, inner hole
surface hardness HRC65-70, hard layer depth 0.5-0.7mm. The outer
diameter of the bushing is machined with an annular groove for
heating and cooling of the bushing. Each bushing can be replaced as
needed.
3.GEARBOX
It adopts two-stage reducer with hard-hard tooth surface
cylindrical gear special for extruder,which has the characteristics
of large axial load capacity and compact structure. The gears and
gear shaft materials are made of two different
high-quality,high-strength. low-carbon alloy steels. The tooth
surfaces are carburized,quenched and ground, and the gear pair
transmission accuracy is level 6.
4.TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The equipment is equipped with a five-unit temperature
controller,each unit can be independently controlled, respectively
controlling the feeding section barrel, plasticizing section barrel
and exhaust section barrel,extrusion section barrel, The
temperature of the head and screw. The temperature controller
adopts electric heating, the heating power of each unit is 9Kw, the
circulating medium is softened water, and the inlet pressure is
0.2-0.3Mpa. Adopt the hot water circulating pump of the Danish
Grundfos(GRWDFOS) company, and adopt the intelligent automatic
temperature controller, the temperature control accuracy is ±2℃.The
temperature controller has an automatic water replenishment
function, the hot water circulating pump cannot be started and the
electric heater cannot be heated when there is no water supply.
