Production process
1. Preliminary cutting: waste tires are cut into blocks or strips by tire cutting
machines.
2. Preliminary shredding: the cut tire blocks enter the tire shredder and are shredded into
smaller particles.
3. Wire separation: the shredded particles are separated from the wire by a wire
separator.
4. Further crushing: rubber particles without wires enter the rubber crusher and are
crushed into rubber powder.
5. Fiber separation: rubber powder passes through a fiber separator to separate fiber
materials.
6. Screening and grading: rubber powder is screened and graded by a vibrating screen to
obtain a finished product with uniform particle size.
7. Finished product collection and packaging: qualified rubber powder enters the finished product collection
system for packaging and storage.
