1. Working principle:
- The working principle of the rubber airbag vulcanizer is to
provide appropriate temperature, pressure and time to make the raw
rubber in the rubber airbag react chemically with the vulcanizer,
and transform the raw rubber into cooked rubber with elasticity,
strength and other excellent properties. In this process, the
vulcanizer forms a cross-linked structure between rubber molecules,
thereby significantly changing the physical and chemical properties
of the rubber.
2. Structural composition:
- Heating system: This is the key part of the rubber airbag
vulcanizer, which is mainly responsible for providing the
temperature required for vulcanization. Common heating methods
include steam heating, electric heating, etc. Steam heating has
relatively low cost and uniform heating, but requires a stable
steam supply; electric heating has the advantages of fast heating
speed and precise temperature control.
- Pressure system: used to apply pressure to the rubber airbag to
ensure that the rubber can fit the mold tightly during the
vulcanization process, so that the vulcanized airbag has high
dimensional accuracy and stable performance. The pressure system is
usually composed of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, pressure
gauges and other components.
- Mold system: The mold is a key component that determines the
shape and size of the rubber airbag. The shape and structure of the
mold will vary depending on the requirements of different airbag
products. The mold needs to have good heat resistance, wear
resistance and sealing to ensure normal operation under high
temperature and high pressure vulcanization environment.
- Control system: The system is used to control the temperature,
pressure, time and other parameters of the vulcanizer to ensure the
accuracy and stability of the vulcanization process. The control
system usually uses PLC (programmable logic controller) or
microcomputer controller, and the operator can set and adjust the
vulcanization parameters through the control panel.
3. Main types:
- Flat plate vulcanizer: The upper and lower heating plates of the
flat plate vulcanizer are flat, which is suitable for the
production of flat-shaped rubber airbags, such as sealing pads,
rubber sheets, etc. It has a simple structure, easy operation and
low cost. It is a vulcanizer commonly used in the production of
rubber airbags.
- Injection vulcanizer: This vulcanizer injects rubber raw
materials into the mold through an injection device and then
vulcanizes. The injection vulcanizer has high production efficiency
and stable product quality. It is suitable for the production of
rubber airbags with complex shapes and high dimensional accuracy
requirements.
- Tank vulcanizer: Tank vulcanizer is a large vulcanizing
equipment, mainly used for the production of large rubber airbags
or batch production of small rubber airbags. Tank vulcanizer uses
steam or hot air as the heating medium, which has the advantages of
uniform heating and good vulcanization effect.
4. Application fields:
- Automobile industry: Many rubber parts on automobiles, such as
airbags, seals, shock absorbers, etc., need to be produced using
rubber airbag vulcanizers. These rubber parts are crucial to the
