110L drop-type rubber mixer is a common rubber processing
equipment. Here is some information about it:
1. Basic structure:
- Mixing chamber: It is the main place for rubber mixing, with a
volume of 110 liters. The inner wall of the mixing chamber is
usually plated with hard chrome to reduce wear, and has good
sealing, which can ensure that the rubber material will not leak
during the mixing process.
- Rotor: The rotor is the core component of the mixer. It is
generally elliptical, integrally cast, with convex edges welded
with hard alloy, and side edges and other mixing parts plated with
hard chrome. The surface of the rotor is made of prismatic spirals,
and the gap formed between it and the mixing chamber is variable.
When the rubber passes through this gap, it will be strongly
squeezed, sheared, and stretched, thereby achieving rubber mixing.
- Pressing device: It is used to press the rubber raw material into
the mixing chamber to ensure that the rubber can be fully affected
by the rotor and improve the mixing effect.
- Flip unloading device: It usually adopts arc worm gear and worm
mechanism, which has strong load-bearing capacity and long service
life. After the mixing is completed, the rubber material in the
mixing chamber is discharged by turning the unloading device.
- Drive motor: Provides power for the rotation of the rotor. Its
power will affect the mixing efficiency and effect of the mixer.
- Cooling system and heating system: The cooling system is used to
reduce the temperature of the mixing chamber during the mixing
process to prevent the rubber from burning due to excessive
temperature; the heating system can heat the rubber when necessary
to meet certain special processing requirements. The cooling and
heating system usually adopts a jacket structure, which can be used
to pass medium (such as water, steam, heat transfer oil, etc.) to
achieve temperature control.
2. Working principle: When the falling rubber mixer is working, the
rubber raw material is added to the mixing chamber from the feeding
port. As the rotor rotates relative to each other, the raw material
is clamped and brought into the gap between the rotor and the
mixing chamber wall, and is squeezed and sheared by the rotor.
Under the action of the convex ridges of the rotor, the rubber raw
material will also move along the axial direction of the rotor to
play a role in stirring and mixing. After a period of mixing, the
compounding agents in the rubber raw material can be fully mixed
and evenly mixed to achieve the desired mixing effect.
3. Technical parameters:
- Drive motor power: The motor power of 110L falling rubber mixer
produced by different manufacturers may vary, generally between
75-220 kW.
- Rotor speed: Usually the front rotor speed is 30-36 rpm, and the
rear rotor speed is relatively low. The specific value depends on
the equipment model and manufacturer.
- Compressed air working pressure: Generally 0.5-0.8 MPa,
compressed air is mainly used to control some pneumatic components,
such as pressing devices, etc.
- Cooling water pressure: Usually 0.3-0.4 MPa, used to cool the
mixing chamber and related components.
- Dimensions: The dimensions of equipment from different
manufacturers will vary, but the approximate size range is 4-7
meters long, 2-3 meters wide, and 3-4.5 meters high.
4. Application scope: Widely used in the rubber products industry,
such as the production of tires, rubber tubes, rubber soles, rubber
seals, etc. It can be used for plasticizing and mixing of various
rubber materials such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, recycled
rubber, etc. It can also be used for blending rubber and plastics
and blending various low-viscosity materials.
5. Advantages:
