About size and tolerance
As any other manufacturing process, Metal Injection Molding MIM
also entails some design requirements. Our experienced engineers
support customer’s component design from the planning stage until
its mess production.
MIM is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized components.
As a rule, the bigger a component is the more deviations can occur
regarding the component size. Therefore, Herong has specialized in
the production of parts with an average weight between 0.01 and 50
g about 3mm~ 200mm, although the production of larger components is
also possible. Herong is currently manufacturing components with a
maximum weight of about 120 g.

What products can you supply?
Besides molds, do you generate products as well?
Yes, we can make your projects here in our factory, Taiwan for you. But we only make it from making a new mold...then, from above new mold, making parts out of it. We make the production job for our customers in Taiwan. In other words, we do not have any existing mold. In short, we produced customized molds and products but we also provide our customers reverse engineering service.
I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A: You can supply us a molding sample, we will help you finish the
3D drawing design.
Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A: If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third
party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker.
We will supply you a video for production process detail include
process report, products size structure and surface detail, packing
detail and so on.
