Electromagnetic induction heating Features:
1,The control centre unit is integrated in the whole heating
equipment, using the program for control, equipped with data
communication interface, which can realize data remote transmission
and remote control, and can be docked with SCADA system.
2,The system has a comprehensive alarm function, when there is a
fault or operation error on site, the equipment can be alarmed,
shut down and give the corresponding fault solution.
3,The control system can be connected to an external temperature
sensor (supporting infrared thermometer, thermocouple, PT100),
which can achieve closed-loop control of heating temperature and
heating according to the edited temperature curve.
Heating unit
Insulation layer: glass fibre blanket can be used (or not depending
on the situation);
2, electromagnetic heating wire: for the use of working conditions,
the electromagnetic heating wire can be wound directly on the
workpiece for heating. Generally use high specification enameled
wire or high temperature resistant electromagnetic wire;
3,Thermal heating: applicable to oil and gas pipeline preheating
before welding and welding in the accompanying heat. Made of heat
insulation material and enameled wire;
4,Clamp coil: applicable to oil and gas pipeline preheating before
welding. The whole structure is hinged and can be opened and
closed, which can be used with the field work vehicle.
