Resins are responsible for the tack of the hot melt. Tack is defined as the measure of adhesive stickiness, which is generally the period the adhesive stays intact after its application. In addition, resins are in control of the wetting of an adhesive. This means resins control the period it remains a liquid while the hot melt is in contact with the surface substrate.

VF710 is a maleic anhydride and vinyl acetate functionalized polyethylene mixture, easy to form film, with excellent processability and adhesive strength.

VF710 is widely used as binder for aluminum plastic panel and heat insulation panel.

Recommended Processing Technology.

Zone 1 Temperature 125~135 ℃

Zone 2 Temperature 135~145 ℃

Zone 3 Temperature 145~155 ℃

Zone 4 Temperature 145~155 ℃

Die Temperature 155~165 ℃

Melt Temperature ＜230℃
