Conveyor Belt (Rubber)
Simple rubber is a very flammable substance, therefore all rubber
product formula must contain flame retardant. For instance, some
neoprene rubber, when burnt, will release a large amount of
hydrogen chloride gas, thus the fire will become more dangerous.
Constant friction and drive in a narrow space (resulting in the
smoke being more dangerous), this greatly limits the relevant
polymer for flame retardant material choice. In fact, the conveyor
belt material must be included in the magnesium hydroxide flame
retardant.
Application
Magnesium hydroxide(Brucite Powder) is widely applied in different fields, such as steel slag, power plants flue gas desulfurization, magnesia fertilizer, waste water treatment and so on. The detail application as following:Polyolefin Compound (HFFR),Wire Electric Cable(PVC),Crosslinked Polyethylene (XLPE),Polypropylene(PP),Conveyor Belt (Rubber),Silica Gel,Electrical Parts (PA),Floorboard,Wallboard,Stack desulfurization.
