structure ceramic material made bycasting the high-purity silicon
carbide and silicon powder, and sintered through nitrified action.
NSiC Silicon Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide Products include
thin-wall batt, tube, burner nozzle andspecial-shape products as
well as beams of different cross section. NSiC has higher bending
strengthand excellent oxidation resistance than RSiC. Maximum
working temperature is 1,500℃. In additionto its structural
properties, NSiC has outstanding wearing resistance and corrosion
resistant againstmolten metals. Hence NSiC protection tubes and
rising tubes are widely used in aluminum, zinc, copper.magnesium
manufacturing industries.
