The equipment pushes the specimen into the freezing medium through
the main cylinder driving holder, and after holding it for a
certain time, lift the holder, then the secondary cylinder controls
the impact process, observes the damage degree of the sample, and
passes the repeated test. The minimum temperature of at least two
samples without failure and the maximum temperature of at least one
sample are determined. If the difference between the two results is
not greater than 1 ℃, the test is finished.
