Notices:

The overview of Switching power supply
Switching power supply is a device which use modern power
electronics technology to control time ratio of switching tube open
and off and maintain a stable output voltage of power supply,
switching power supply is generally composed of IC and MOSFET which
is controlled through pulse width modulation (PWM) compared with
linear power. The cost of switching power supply increases with the
increase of output power, but the growth rate is different. Linear
power cost is higher than switching power supply at a certain
output power point, which is called cost reversal point. With the
development and innovation of power electronics technology and
switching power supply technology constantly innovating, this cost
reversal point is increasingly moving to low output power end,
which provides a broad development space for switching power
supply.
Switching power high-frequency is the direction of its development,
high-frequency will make switching power miniaturization and make
switching power into a wider range of applications, especially in
the field of high-tech applications, promoting high-tech products
miniaturization and portability. In addition, the development and
application of switching power supply are of great significance in
energy saving, resource saving and environmental protection.
The main power electronic devices used in switching power supply
are diode, IGBT and MOSFET.
SCR has a small number of applications in switching power supply
inputting rectifier circuit and soft start circuit, GTR is
difficult to drive with low switching frequency and gradually
