1. Performance characteristics
The metal hose sealing machine is mainly used for packaging
materials with metal aluminum tubes as packaging containers,
filling and sealing, and printing batch numbers at one time. This

filling and sealing of ointment, hair dye, pigment, toothpaste,

2. Working process
Manually insert the metal hose into the tube socket on the indexing
aluminum disk, use the indexing mechanism to drive and position,
conduct photoelectric detection, fill the metering pump
quantitatively, seal the tail and print at one time, and the
finished product will be automatically pushed out.
3. Structural characteristics
This machine uses the plunger type, with accurate filling,
measurement error less than 1%, no leakage, speed regulation, and
two-way conversion. It is an advanced horseshoe shaped mechanism at
