Product specifications: Our Eccentric/ODEX Casing Overburden
Drilling System is a groundbreaking solution that allows for
simultaneous drilling and casing of deep holes, effectively
handling all types of formations, including those with sizable
boulders. This system utilizes a pilot bit and an eccentric reamer
to drill a hole slightly larger than the casing tube's outer
diameter, ensuring seamless casing advancement. The ODEX method
ingeniously transfers part of the impact energy to the casing tube
via a specially designed guide device, which then directs the force
onto a unique casing shoe at the casing's lower end.
