The Cisco ONS-SI-100-FX compatible module is a hot-swappable input/output device that supports up to 2km link lengths over multi-mode fiber using a wavelength of 1310nm via an LC connector.

This 100BASE-FX SFP transceiver is factory pre-programmed with all the necessary configuration data for seamless network integration and performs identically to the Cisco GLC-FE-100FX-RGD SFP transceiver but more cost effective.
