Description:

• The hydraulic power source is used to drive, and the measurement and control system is used to collect and process the test data. It is composed of four parts: test host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system and test instruments. The accuracy grade of the test machine is better than grade 1.
• The testing machine can meet the standard test requirements in the international regulations on metal tensile test, and can also realize the tensile, compression, bending, shear and other types of tests on different materials or products according to other standards, and can calculate the tensile strength, yield strength and other performance indicators of the measured materials.
• The testing machine is a six column, double space structure. There is a tensile space between the upper beam and the lower beam, and a compressed space between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by driving the lower beam up and down through the rotation of sprocket and lead screw. The upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with hydraulic control clamping jaws. The standard model is equipped with V-shaped and plane jaws for clamping cylindrical samples and flat samples for tensile tests, and the special jaws for steel strands are used for Φ 8～ Φ Tensile test of 18mm steel strand; The bottom end of the lower crossbeam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressing plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressing plate with a spherical structure, which can be directly used for compression test.
• The design of the main machine of the testing machine considers the possibility of expanding and assembling other fixtures to complete more tests. For example, the bolt fixture can be used to stretch the bolt, the bending fixture can be used to conduct the bending test of round bar or plate, the shear fixture can be used to conduct the shear strength test of round bar, and the bending resistance, shear, splitting, elastic modulus instrument, etc. can be added in the compressed space to conduct the concrete and cement sample block test.
