Working principle:
The instrument is mainly composed of a scribe frame and a working unit. The scribe on the scribe frame ensures that the scribe can act vertically on the film template (the template is fixed on the test bench on the workbench and can be moved horizontally or vertically; the horizontal movement can be motorized or manually after the power is turned off, and the vertical movement is manual).
After the power is turned on, the red indicator light of the power switch is on, indicating that the instrument is powered on. At this time, if the return switch is in the experimental state, the workbench will move from right to left, and the scribe will contact the sample plate during the "experimental" stroke; During the return stroke (the return switch is turned to the "return" state), the workbench moves from left to right, and the scriber is lifted without contacting the sample plate. The weights added on the scriber frame can be exchanged to determine whether the paint film can be scratched under different weights. The minimum weight required to scratch the paint film can be used to determine the value of the scratch resistance of the coating film.
