Deep Cast is a true deep cast epoxy that takes longer to cure. Use up to 4" thicker when casting in smaller volumes. Crystal clear, rock hard and can be machined, sanded and polished to a high gloss. Demold time between 24 and 48 hours. Deep Cast Has excellent bubble release, is crystal clear and can be line colored with any colorant. It is a deep cast epoxy of unrivaled quality. Deep Cast incorporates all the best UV resistant technology available. This 2:1 mix Than product is formulated to reduce exotherm (heat buildup), allowing users to pour thicker parts without delayed delamination like standard epoxies. Up to 4" application, crystal clear, 24-48 hour mold release , depending on volume.
