This magical product is the answer to floors contaminated with
grease, which does not come out through chemical or power cleaning.
Generally, you cannot apply epoxy resin to oil and grease. Epoxy
resin will not adhere properly to concrete. Epoxy primer allows you
to roll directly on oil contaminated floors and paint without
worrying about adhesion between the floor and primer, as well as
between the primer and one of our coatings. Our system is an
effective way to handle these types of floors, which are prone to
failure when attempting epoxy coating. We provide a 2-year warranty
to prevent delamination of the primer or epoxy resin from the
primer.
Simply perform a normal cleaning and etching of your floor (don't
worry about removing all the oil and grease), dry it, mix the two
parts of the primer together, and continue brushing like regular
paint. Dry for 6-8 hours, then paint with any of our flooring epoxy
