Desciption:
Asphalt synchronous chip sealer truck is also called bitumen spray
truck, it can distribute liquid asphalt, emulsified asphalt, hot
asphalt, rubber asphalt, etc. The synchronous gravel sealer is used
in the gravel seal process of road surface, bridge deck
waterproofing, and lower seal layer. It is a special equipment that
synchronizes the spraying of the asphalt binder and the spreading
of the aggregate to make the most sufficient surface contact
between the asphalt binder and the aggregate to achieve the maximum
adhesion between them.
1. Asphalt tank: 8 cubic meters, stone silo: 12 cubic meters
2. Asphalt pump adopts QGB950 (high viscosity asphalt pump, 950 liters/min);
3. Hydraulic system: GPC4-50-20-16 (Tianjin) triple gear pump, automatic reversing valve and overflow valve, asphalt pump hydraulic drive motor model 05-130-BD31; EFRD-G03-160-5-31 ( Taiwan) Proportional valve.
4. Control mode: touch-screen computer intelligent control in the cab, control system (German STW module), 32 asphalt intelligent nozzles (one control, one), 36 stone debris gates;
