The Air-powered BOP Test Pump Unit compressed air as power source and uses air - powered pumps as pressure supply. Air source pressure is proportional to output hydraulic pressure. Corresponding hydraulic pressure to be tested can be obtained by adjusting air source pressure. When air source pressure and hydraulic pressure are in a state of balance. The air - powered pump will discontinue to apply pressure and output hydraulic pressure equal to preset pressure will be reached and become steady so that the rate of pressure rise can be controlled by controlling air input. Therefore, the test stand is characterized by explosion-proof performance, adjustable output pressure, controllable rate of pressure rise, small size, light weight, easy operation, reliable properties and extensive purposes.
