Plastic jars are small packaging containers made of plastic or plastic-based raw materials, usually with a resealable lid.
Forming principle
1, there are two kinds of plastic bottle production process, the first is the extrusion blowing process, the other is the injection and drawing blowing process;
2, extrusion and blowing process is to add plastic raw materials into the extruder, after heating melting plasticizing extrusion molten billet, and then into the bottle mold blowing molding, cooling finalize from the mold, after the repair of the waste edge to get the finished product, this process is mainly used to produce polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride plastic bottles, such as milk bottles, soy sauce bottles;
3. The injection drawing and blowing process is to inject plastic raw materials into the injection molding machine to form tubular billets, and then put them into the bottle mold to be stretched and blown, and then get finished products after cooling. This process is mainly used to produce PET plastic bottles, such as mineral water bottles and so on.
