CY8C6145AZI-S3F12 has one WDT and two multi-counter WDTs. The WDT has a 16-bit free-running counter. Each MCWDT has two 16-bit counters and one 32-bit counter, with multiple operating modes. All of the 16-bit counters can generate a watchdog device reset. All of the counters can generate an interrupt on a match event.
