The multi-station balloon packaging machine can be designed to automatically and quantitatively pack uninflated balloons into packaging bags. The following is the general workflow and features of this packaging machine:
Balloon supply: A multi-station balloon packer obtains uninflated balloons from a storage area or supply system. These balloons can be supplied to the working station of the packaging machine one by one through conveyor belts, vibrators or other devices.
Balloon filling: At each work station, the machine will automatically place an uninflated balloon into the position of the bag to be packed. Usually, the machine will precisely control the number of balloons to achieve quantitative packaging.
Bag supply: The multi-station balloon packaging machine is also connected to a bag supply system. Bags are automatically fed to each work station, ready to receive balloons.
Bag sealing: After the balloon enters the bag, the machine will seal and seal the bag. Heat sealing, lamination or other sealing techniques may be used, depending on the material and design of the bag.
Detection and Rejection: Multi-station balloon packaging machines are often equipped with detection systems to detect abnormalities during the packaging process. If problems are found, the machine can automatically reject or alarm to ensure packaging quality.
Conveying and discharge: The completed packaging bags will be conveyed to the outlet through conveyor belts or other means, and can then be discharged onto packaging boxes or pallets for storage and transportation.
