● H59-1 heat treatment specification:
Hot working temperature 640 ~ 780 ℃; Annealing temperature 600 ~
650 ℃; The low-temperature annealing temperature for eliminating
internal stress is 285 ℃.
● H59-1, mechanical properties:
Tensile strength ≥ 420, elongation ≥ 10, elongation ≥ 12, note:
longitudinal tensile mechanical property of bar at room
temperature, sample size: diameter or opposite side distance 5 ~ 20
● H59-1 chemical composition:
H59-1 contains copper (Cu) 57.0 ~ 60.0, H59-1 contains zinc (Zn)
balance, H59-1 contains lead (PB) 0.8 ~ 1.9, iron (FE) ≤ 0.5,
