Electric Resistance Pit Type nitriding furnace for auto crankshafts
1.Application
It is a standard energy-saving periodic operation electric
resistance furnace. It is mainly used for gas nitriding heat
treatment of various steel mechanical parts, automobile
crankshafts, automobile piston rings, motorcycle brake pads, molds,
etc.
2.Features
2.1 The pit type nitriding furnace is equipped with a hot air
circulation device, which can make the atmosphere and temperature
in the furnace tank uniform.
2.2 Because of the atmosphere protection, the work has no
deformation, no oxidation, and saves raw materials.
2.3 The electric hydraulic device is used for the lifting of the
furnace cover, and the lifting of the furnace cover is stable
without shaking.
2.4 Furnace muffle tank, loading baskets, fans, etc. are made of
heat-resistant alloy steel, with long service life;
2.5 The electric furnace is equipped with a rapid cooling device,
which can be cooled quickly as needed;
2.6 The pit type furnace for heat treatment is equipped with
interlock protection device, which can prevent faults and accidents
caused by misoperation;

4. Structure Features
RN series pit type gas nitriding furnace is an energy-saving gas
nitriding furnace, which adopts energy-saving furnace lining,
double water-cooled furnace tank cover, vacuum rubber seal and
upper and lower two zone temperature or multi zone temperature
control. The heat preservation, temperature uniformity, sealing and
nitriding speed of the electric furnace are greatly improved, and
the furnace type is consistent with the standard. The shell of this
series of well type gas nitriding furnace is welded by steel plate
and section steel. The gas nitriding furnace lining is made of
light, high-strength 0.6g/ cm3 energy-saving refractory bricks. The
outer layer of the furnace lining is sandwiched with aluminum
silicate fiber, and then filled with expanded vermiculite powder
for insulation. The heating element is spirally wound by
high-temperature resistance wire and installed on the brick shelf
of the furnace lining. A stainless steel furnace can is installed
in the furnace. A double headed stainless steel dripper is
installed on the furnace cover to drip methanol, so that the
temperature and atmosphere in the furnace are uniform. The furnace
cover is equipped with a sampling pipe, an exhaust pipe, and an
input pipe on the upper side wall of the furnace tank for ammonia
input. The electric resistance furnace tank and the furnace cover
are sealed with water-cooled vacuum rubber, and are equipped with
compression bolts. The waste gas in the furnace is discharged out
of the furnace through the exhaust pipe.
