Wireless Charging Transmitter Coil, one of the core components of wireless charging technology. Wireless charging technology is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, similar to the working principle of a transformer. There is a coil at the transmitting end (charging cradle or charging pad) and at the receiving end (device to be charged, such as cell phone, tablet PC, etc.). When the primary coil at the transmitting end is energized with a certain frequency of alternating current, a certain current will be generated in the secondary coil at the receiving end due to electromagnetic induction, thus transferring the energy from the transmitting end to the receiving end and realizing wireless charging.
3.Features
1. Coil unit: A wireless charging coil typically includes a coil substrate and a connecting substrate. The coil substrate has a coil pattern for generating and receiving electromagnetic induction signals. One end of the connecting substrate is connected between the coil substrates and electrically connected to the coil pattern; the other end is connected to an external power supply or charging circuit.
2. Thin design: In order to meet the demand of modern electronic devices to be thinner and lighter, wireless charging coils are usually designed into thin structures, which can maintain a small size and thickness even if they contain multiple coils.
3. Material selection: The choice of material for the coil is critical to the efficiency and performance of wireless charging. Common materials include copper, aluminum, and other metals with good electrical conductivity. Special insulating materials and coatings are also used to enhance the mechanical strength and durability of the coil.
