Description

Pneumatic rubber fenders have the merits of high-pressure resistance, high-energy absorption low reaction, aging resistance and saltwater corrosion resistance. They support berthing at angles up to 15 degrees for oil tankers, container vessels, bulwark carriers, yachts, ocean platforms, large wharf and naval ports, etc.

We manufacture the Pneumatic rubber fenders comply with the ISO 17357 standard. The tire nets are the most common used pneumatic fenders and equipped with a so-called “netting”. The “netting” consists of car/truck tires placed with horizontal and vertical chains as a net to the fender (also available with aircraft tires). The tire net adds extra protection to the fender body. At each end the chains are fastened to a flange and towing ring with shackles. The horizontal and vertical chains, the towing ring, shackles and swivel are galvanised to prevent corrosion. The chains are covered by rubber sleeves to prevent damage to the skip. As an option the towing ring, flange and swivel are also available in stainless steel.

All Pneumatic net type fenders come with an internal pressure of 50kPa All dimensions can be produced and supplied with 80kPa internal pressure.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
