Maintenance Method:
If the tying hand machine of the blade is not able to cut the belt,
please use a long flat nose plier to pull out the used blade, and
change a new one.
When the staple in the hand tying machine is blocked, you can use
nipper or small screw driver to get it out. (If 1 long section
staple break into 2 section, we also can use one by one section to
avoid be blocked.)
Add lubricant oil to every joint if tool binder machine are long
time using.

Install the rope
CAUTION: The tool shall use the specified rope.Other ropes may cause
failure to install, tie failure, and / or damage the tool.
►The rope attached with this tool can be used directly and is an
example of rope installation and a real sample reference for the
purchase of rope.
►If the tie rope is out of replacement, follow the method below.
1. Remove the loading plate in the back direction.
2. Pull out the loading plate between left and right.
3. Install the new rope into the loading plate and press the
loading plate.
4. Install the rope head up into the tool and wear the rope through
the handle and arm according to the figure above (dotted
line).Improper installation of rope may cause failure to tie
properly or pull out difficult.
5. Press the handle to cut off the front material of the rope.
OPERATION
1. Turn on the power switch and open the tool binding arm.
2. Place the things to be tied into the binding arm.
3. Press the handle and release to secure the front end of the rope
to the lower blade.
4. Open the binding arm and remove the binding arm along with the
rope.
5. Press the handle again to the end, and the blade cut off the
rope and wrap the rope.After the handle is pressed to the bottom,
it should be kept for about one second. Too short time may lead to
unwinding and loose release; too long time may lead to the winding
belt fracture and the binding failure.
6. Release the handle and tie complete.

E)Battery tool use and care
1. Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.

3. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal
objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other
small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal
to another.
