This type fire blanket is produced according to the standard of AS/ NZS 3504:2006.

Fire blanket is a safety device designed to extinguish incipient fires. It consists of a sheet of a fire retardant material which is placed over a fire to smother it. Fire blanket are made of specially treated fabrics which are insulated and heat-resistant to high temperatures.
