High Viscosity, Automatic, Patented - VP Drum Decanting Unit - BJVP

Overview :

BJVP Drum Decanting Unit (DDU) will allow semi-automatic transfer of drummed additives directly to both Automated Batch Blending (ABB) and Dosing kettles. It includes a drum weighing platform scale, a concentric lance to both withdraw additive and rinse empty drums and a weighed, heated, rinse tank to provide rinsing stock for the drums to the blending kettles. The rinse tank is also used to supply rinse stock to the rinsing heads of the ABB kettles.

BJVP Drum Decanting Unit is an automatic extraction system, which has the functions of decanting additive drums, rinsing empty drums and lance, air purging, and tracking the liquid level of the extraction gun. VP DDU has the advantage of decanting high viscosity liquid.
