COB is to transplant the wire bonding and capsule operations of IC packaging to the circuit board, and re-adhere the die that was originally pasted to the lead-frame to the PCB. Re-solder the wires that were originally bonded to the lead frame to the gold-plated pads of the PCB, and then use Epoxy to cover the wafers and wires to replace the original mold package.

What is COB lights?

We are selling more to EU and north America and it stands our turnover up to 60-70%.

2,What is lead time ?
3-4 days for samples and 10-12 days for normal orders. But It will takes more time with customized products.

3, Can you do custom assembly or offer OEM product?
Yes, we can. Adled has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaires as we have good design and engineering team.

4.Do you have warranty for products?
Yes, we have 3 and 5 years warranty for different kinds of products.During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by our engineers, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.

5.Do I need a diffuser for a COB LED strip?

With COB LEDs, there's no need for diffusers since the light source is already diffused.
