Features:
MEMS alcohol gas sensor uses MEMS process to make a micro-hot plate on Si substrate. The gas-sensitive material used is metal oxide semiconductor material with low conductivity in clean air. When the sensor is in a gas environment, the conductivity of the sensor changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. A simple circuit is used to convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the concentration of the gas.

Mobile phone/computer and other consumer sub-products should be used to detect the alcohol vapor in the place, motor vehicle drivers and other risk operation personnel drunken supervision
