MJC4/2.8J Catalytic Combustion Sensor Quick Response Stable And Reliable Operation
The MJC4/2.8J catalytic combustion combustible gas sensor is composed of a pair of detection elements and compensation elements. The two elements are platinum wire coils wrapped with catalysts and inert substances respectively. The combustible gas will undergo a catalytic combustion reaction on the catalyst of the working element, causing the resistance of the detection element to increase, thereby changing the change of the bridge output voltage, and its change value is linearly positively correlated with the concentration of the combustible gas; since there is no catalytic combustion reaction, there is no resistance change, and the compensation element mainly serves to refer to and compensate for the ambient temperature and humidity.
Application areas
1. Monitoring and alarming of various combustible gases such as
methane and propane in industrial production areas;
2. Monitoring and alarming of underground gas (mainly methane) in
coal mines and other mining areas;
3. Fixed and portable detection instruments for monitoring gas
pipeline leaks.
Product features
1. The output voltage of the bridge circuit is linear
2. Fast response
3. Good repeatability and selectivity
4. Each component works stably and reliably
5. Excellent resistance to H2S and silica gel poisoning
