Description
What is the main printing and dyeing process of cotton gauze
printing?
Before printing and dyeing, the double-layer cotton gauze has to go
through four technological processes: pre-treatment, dyeing,
post-finishing, and finished product inspection, and then the
basically formed printing gauze can be seen.
The printed gauze is obtained through the printing and dyeing
process of the grey fabric. Before printing and dyeing, the grey
fabric should be turned over and the main purpose is to prevent the
joint of the gauze from breaking in the steamer during the
production of long cars. The next step is to remove the size sizing
during the original grey fabric weaving process. This process is
called desizing. (Because the gauze is a relatively thin textile,
it can be removed directly by using a desizing machine.) The next
step is to singe the desizing gauze. Relatively smooth gauze. The
gauze can be tentered after singeing. The tentering is to obtain a
fixed width of the gauze, which is convenient for the use of the
finished product in the future. After setting, the gauze can be
bleached. Pure cotton gauze is generally bleached with hydrogen
peroxide, also called oxygen bleaching. The bleached cotton gauze
is whiter and cleaner. The pre-treated gauze enters the printing or
printing stage. After completion, various standards, shrinkage,
color fastness, pH, tensile force, anti-pilling, saliva fastness,
water absorption speed, etc. are tested.
