Machining center with 3 controlled axes with pneumatic rotation of the work table by 0°/90°/180°
The WSZ2 machining center with 3 controlled axes and pneumatic
table rotation has been designed to perform drilling and milling
operations on aluminum or steel profiles. Equipped as standard with
minimum lubrication, double stop, manual tool magazine with 6
places and spindle with quick tool coupling. WSZ2 is the solution
that combines compact working dimensions and high cutting
performance.
Numerous configuration options available (automatic tool change,
rigid tapping, adjustable worktable rotation to intermediate
angles, lubrication cooling) making WSZ2 a scalable solution for
many different needs.
1. Main Feature
● Suitable for drilling, milling slots, round holes, special shape
holes, keyholes, countersinks and narrow door hinge holes, heavenly
and earthly hinges, Wifa series, Bononi series, etc. slotting,
excavation and other processes.
● The system adopts the CNC control and supports the import of CAD
graphics.
● With electric spindle, high precision, high performance, good
safety and high reliability.
● The X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis are rack and pinion driven, with stable transmission and high precision.
● Graphic programming is easy to use, high efficiency and low
labor.
● The work table is tilted on three sides and clamped at the same
time to achieve high machining efficiency on three sides.
● The three-axis full servo motor can really realize the high efficiency and stability of the three-axis linkage.
