Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cross-linked polyolefin insulation, products are mainly suitable for AC rated voltage of 3kV and below the railway locomotive and vehicle power transmission, with excellent cold resistance, oil resistance, UV resistance and low smoke halogen-free and high flame retardant characteristics.
Two, use features
1. Rated voltage U0/U is 500V,750V,1kV,1.5kV and 3kV. The rated DC voltage is 1.5 times the rated AC voltage.
2.the cable long-term allowable operating temperature is :WDZ-DCYJR-125,WDZ-DCYJR/B-125 product is 125℃; Wdz-dcyjr /B-150 product at 150℃.
3. the lower use of the cable environment temperature: WDZ-DCYJR-125 products should not be lower than -40℃; Wdz-dcyjr /B-125,WDZ-DCYJR/B-150 products shall not be lower than -60℃.
4. Allowable bending radius of cable laying:
If the cable outer diameter (D) is 20mm or less, it should be no less than 3D.
If the cable outer diameter (D) is greater than 20mm, it should be no less than 5D.
5. WDZ-DCYJR-125 cable can be used in the environment of oil pollution; Wdz-dcyjr /B-125,WDZ-DCYJR/B-150 cable is allowed to be used in harsh environment with various kinds of grease pollution and non-high concentration acid and alkali pollution.

Usually 100m, however cable is heavy product, the freight really costs, we suggest a reasonable quantity.
5. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Samples are free for customer; you only need to pay the courier charge.
