Description: low temperature liquid level sensor cable
Conductor: stainless steel solid wire
Insulation: PTFE
Shield: silver copper braid
Jacket: FEP
Working temperature: -196℃--+200℃
This product can be used for extreme low temperature working area
lowest as -196℃--+250℃, and short service life for low temperature
has been settled as well.
This cable has been widely used in gas industry transportation
vehicle and saving container, for LO2, LN2, Lar, LH2, LCO2, LNG.
The working principle of the liquid level sensor is that when the two pressures of the measured medium pass into the high and low pressure chambers, acting on the theta element (that is, the sensitive element) on both sides of the isolation diaphragm, through the isolation plate and the filling liquid in the element to the measuring diaphragm on both sides.
The float liquid level sensor is composed of a capacitor composed of the measuring diaphragm and the electrodes on the insulation sheet on both sides. When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the measuring diaphragm is displaced. The displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides is unequal, which is converted into proportional to the pressure through the oscillation and demodulation. The pressure transmitter and T absolute pressure transmitter work on the same principle as the differential pressure transmitter, the difference is that the pressure in the low pressure chamber is atmospheric
