This is a stepper motor equipped with a bracket, a lead screw and a
relative motion slider.
Special precision stepping motor with bracket and guide rail (when
the motor rotates, the guide rail will move), the moving speed can
be controlled by the pulse frequency, and the moving distance can
be controlled by the number of pulses. For this typical motor, when
the motor drives 2-2 phases, 1 pulse leads the motor by 0.02 mm.
The input part of the motor is FPC, and it can also be changed into
the form of connecting wire, PCB, etc. according to customer needs.
Mounting brackets can be replaced according to customer
requirements.
The output shaft of the motor is the lead screw. During the
rotation of the lead screw, the lead screw drives the slider to
move back and forth. This conveniently provides actions such as
forward and backward. At the same time, the stepping motor can
precisely control the speed, the number of revolutions, etc., which
also determines the movement speed of the slider, and the movement
position is accurately controllable. The positioning accuracy can
be controlled within 0.05mm.
