Double toothed roller crusher is composed of two toothed rollers rotating in opposite directions. when the tooth roll rotates, the tooth on the roller surface can bite the coal and be split into pieces. the feed is given from the upper part, and the broken product is takenout from the lower part with the roration of the tooth collection. the particle size of the broken products is determined by the gap.

Between the two teeth of the roller surface, when the large hard and material intto the broken cavity can not be broken, the teeth of the roller force increases, the movable bearing compression spring, increase the gap between the two teeth of the roller, discharge the hard material, and then by the spring's restoring force to make the movable teeth of the roller back to the original position.
