Double Shaft Mixer Application and Features:
1.This machine is the raw materials homogenizing equipment in the brick making production line.
2.This machine uses two symmetrical spirals that rotate synchronously, it adds water and mixes the raw materials during the transportation in order to evenly mix the raw materials, so that the mixed raw materials are neither too dry (with the ash existing) nor too moist (with water drop infiltration). It is easy to use and maintain this machine, and it have features such as: high using safety, steady operation and wide application field and so on.
3.This machine is suitable for mixing clay, shale and other raw materials.
4.This machine adopts complicated sealing for gears and bearings, and the mixing blades are cast made from wear resisting materials with its using life 4 times and above of the ordinary mixing blades.
