Hydraulic press is based on liquid (hydraulic oil or emulsion) as the working medium, through the motor to drive the high-pressure oil pump to achieve kinetic energy (high pressure power oil), through the electrical control of the hydraulic valve group to drive the hydraulic cylinder, to achieve energy transfer, complete the process of the machine, electrical, hydraulic integration equipment. The hydraulic press is generally composed of three parts: the main engine (mechanical) part, the hydraulic control system and the electrical control system.
2. Sturcture of Hydraulic Press for High-Performance Brick Making
The machine is a four-beam four-column single-cylinder pressing structure, the structure is simple,
compact and stable, the upper and lower beams are connected by four columns, and are fastened by nuts,
with good strength and stiffness. Hydraulic press adopts cartridge valve, quick action, controllable flow,
stable pressure. The electrical control system adopts PLC programmable controller and touch screen,
the terminal execution is stable and reliable, man-machine communication is convenient, and the process parameters
can be modified at any time. High yield, good quality, consistent with the batch of product process parameters.
High degree of automation, reduce labor intensity and labor costs. High efficiency and energy saving,
automatic pressure relief when no action. High safety factor, equipped with emergency stop button,
the active beam automatically stops when the power is cut off.
The machine has a wide range of processes and can be widely used in the pressing and forming of refractory materials,
building bricks and landscape bricks.
