Product Introduction:
The coal vertical mill is the main equipment in the coal
pulverization system, which is used to grind raw coal into fine
coal and dry it. The coal grinding process is the process of coal
being crushed and its surface area continuously increasing. The
principles of coal grinding in a coal mill mainly include impact,
compression, and grinding. The impact principle is to use the
impact force generated by the relative movement of raw coal and the
coal grinding components; The squeezing principle utilizes the
pressure effect of coal between the surfaces of two grinding
components under stress; The grinding principle utilizes the
frictional force between coal and moving grinding components. In
fact, the working principle of any coal mill is not the action of a
single force, but the combination of several forces. According to
the rotational speed of coal mill components, it can be roughly
divided into three types: low-speed coal mill, medium speed coal
mill, and high-speed coal mill.
The working principle of coal vertical mill;
The coal vertical mill is driven by an electric motor and drives
the grinding disc of the coal mill to rotate through a planetary
reducer. The 2-4 grinding rollers on the grinding disc rotate under
the driving force of the grinding disc. The raw coal entering
through the coal chute is distributed on the grinding disc. Due to
the hydraulic loading force, there is compression between the
grinding rollers and the grinding disc, causing large particles of
raw coal to be crushed. The sliding friction force generated by the
relative motion between the grinding roller and the grinding disc
is used to achieve the crushing of small coal particles; During the
grinding of raw coal in the mill, hot air (usually below 300 ℃) is
introduced into the vertical mill to dry the moisture of the raw
coal and meet the requirements for finished coal powder; The ground
coal powder is transported by primary air into the separator for
separation. The qualified coal powder is separated and transported
to the coal powder bin, while the unqualified coarse coal powder is
returned to the mill for re grinding. In order to achieve the
required fineness of coal powder, a certain force must be applied
to the grinding components. The grinding force is generated by the
hydraulic system driving the spring device, which drives the upper
grinding ring to move up and down to achieve loading force. The
coal grinding work is completed by the grinding ring and the steel
balls rolling on the raceway. All the steel balls are tightly
arranged in a circle inside the upper and lower grinding rings, and
the steel balls can freely roll between the grinding rings. The
position of the rotation axis is constantly changed during coal
grinding, Throughout the entire working life, the steel ball always
maintains its roundness to ensure that the coal grinding
performance remains unchanged, so that the output of the coal mill
will not decrease due to the wear of the steel ball.
