Description

The Hefei Hengcheng HVM vertical grinding machine has advantages
such as high grinding efficiency, low power consumption, large feed
particle size, easy adjustment of product fineness, simple
equipment process flow, small footprint, low noise, low dust,
simple use and maintenance, low operating costs, and low
consumption of wear-resistant materials.
This product solves the problems of low production, high energy
consumption, and high maintenance costs of ordinary industrial
milling machines. Its performance reaches the international
advanced level and can replace expensive imported vertical mills,
meeting the needs of large-scale, intelligent, and intensive
industrial milling.
It can be widely used in industries such as electricity, metallurgy, solid waste treatment, cement, chemical industry, non-metallic minerals, etc. It is mainly used for grinding cement raw materials, clinker, desulfurization limestone powder, slag, steel slag manganese ore, coal mine, phosphate ore and other materials. The materials ground range from high humidity (20-30% moisture content) to dry materials (<1%), from exceptionally difficult to grind to easily ground materials, with product fineness ranging from coarse to fine and a variety of grinding types.
Working principle:
The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding, and the qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, Collecting in the powder collection device is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.
