Structural composition
Grinding disc device: fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, it
is the place where the grinding roller crushes the material. The
material is crushed and formed into a material bed on the grinding
disc, mainly composed of a guide ring, an air ring, a blocking
ring, a lining plate, a disc body, a scraper plate, and a lifting
device.
Grinding roller device: It is a component used for crushing and
crushing materials. The roller sleeve is a wear-resistant part that
requires sufficient toughness and good wear resistance. During
operation, it applies pressure to the material on the grinding disc
under the action of a hydraulic device for grinding.
Powder selection machine: It can be divided into three categories:
static, dynamic, and high-efficiency combination powder selection
machine. It is a key component that affects the particle size of
the product. By rotating the rotor, the material in the airflow is
classified, and the coarse powder falls from the cone hopper to the
grinding disc for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is
discharged from the mill together with the airflow.
Pressure device: generally a hydraulic device that provides
grinding pressure to the grinding roller through an energy storage
device, providing sufficient pressure to crush the material, and
can control the grinding force of the grinding roller on the
material by adjusting the hydraulic pressure.
Reducer: used to reduce the speed of the electric motor and
increase the torque, transmitting the power of the electric motor
to the grinding disc, so that the grinding disc can rotate at an
appropriate speed, driving the material on the grinding disc to
move
Working principle:
The material enters from the feed port of the mill and falls onto
the rotating grinding disc. The grinding disc rotates under the
drive of the transmission device, generating centrifugal force that
moves the material towards the edge of the grinding disc. During
the movement, the material is gradually crushed and ground by the
rolling and grinding action of the grinding roller. At the same
time, the hot air introduced from the bottom of the mill blows up
the ground coal powder, forming a gas-solid two-phase flow. In the
rising process, the pulverized coal is graded through the
separator, and the qualified pulverized coal is discharged from the
mill with the airflow and enters the subsequent pulverized coal
collection system; Unqualified coarse powder is returned to the
grinding disc under the action of gravity for further grinding.
